Pioneering social entrepreneur Dan Pallotta, in his quest to start a family with his partner, learnt what he describes as “some of my most valuable [entrepreneurial] lessons”.

His journey was particularly tedious, since he and his partner are both male.
But four years of trying, and failing to start a family ultimately ended with the birth of their healthy triplets, two girls and one boy; and somehow he gained fresh insight on how to successfully run a business from that experience.

“Don’t let your feelings interfere with your commitment” he says, having learnt that regardless of your emotional status, business must go on.

Pallotta shares more of the lessons he learnt on his journey to fatherhood.
