How to fire someone

Firings don’t have to be ugly, except when an unsightly combover and the histrionics of “The Donald” is involved. A dramatic display followed by “you’re fired!” might make for good television, but in the business world the uncomfortable task of firing an employee requires more finesse if the employee is to be treated fairly while also protecting the company from liability.
