Any capital injection is a god-send in this tough economy, right? Nope…wrong! Not all capital is created equal, and not all angel investors – well-heeled individuals/organizations looking to finance promising young companies poised for success – will give your company a thrust in the right direction.

That said, entrepreneurs should take great care in choosing their angels. No one wants to be stuck with a devil-in-disguise who is hell-bent on dictating every business decision, or tries to twist your arm with the threat of litigation or a takeover.

Here are seven types of fallen angels to avoid.
