In business Utopia, where the customers are many, overheads are low and profits are high you already operate in an idealized world, and success is just about guaranteed. Alas, no such magical place exists, but there is a “magic pill” that every business can take to generate growth.
“Find what’s working and do more of it.”
Maybe its not so much a pill, but more of a methodology, but this “secret” remedy has always been right under our noses. We’ve just been ignoring it.
It’s a rather simple yet effective strategy. Take your marketing activities say. Analyze and test all your strategies, then do more of what works! In sales, invest more into your customers who generate more profit and refer new business, rather than giving unresponsive customers too much of your attention. The same works for human resources. Figure out wherein your employees’ strengths lie, and do more to capitalize on those, rather than focusing wholly on their weaknesses.
